Returns

As a general rule, and in accordance with hygienic standards, all products are final sale. That being said, purchasing from a new brand on the internet can be difficult and so we want to give our customers the ability to try us out. Returns on full priced merchandise are available if you feel that that the product simply isn't right for you.

Return requests must be made via email within 5 days of delivery, and include the order number verifying your purchase. Returns must be returned to our mailing address unused and in the original packaging within 14 days to be eligible. Kindly try on all Underwear & Swimwear over your own undergarments. Return conditions will be subject to each specific case and will be issued as a credit at our store.

All returns issued will be in the amount paid for the product only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All items to be returned must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and thus can be shipped using the customer’s choice of shipping carrier. A trackable shipment is preferred. GAROFALI reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available if you feel that you would be suited for a different size or color than was ordered. Exchange requests must be made via email within 5 days of delivery, and include the order number verifying your purchase. Exchanges must be returned to our mailing address unused and in the original packaging within 14 days to be eligible. Kindly try on all Underwear & Swimwear over your own undergarments. Exchange conditions will subject to each specific case and will either be processed in house or redeemed in the form of a store code for purchase of an alternative size or color of your choosing.

All exchanges issued will be in the amount paid for the product only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you choose to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges may be applied to your second order as applicable. Defective Items

All products are hand packaged and checked for defects or abnormalities beyond minor variations at the time of shipping. If you believe you have received a defective item in error, please email us with your order number: contact[at]garofali[dot]com
