Final sale
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons
- All sale or reduced-price items
Please choose these carefully. We're glad to help with sizing before you order — email us at contact[at]garofali[dot]com. EU & UK orders are subject to statutory withdrawal rights — see below.
Full-price returns & exchanges
Buying from a newer brand online isn't always easy, so we accept returns and exchanges on full-price items that aren't right for you.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and hygiene liners intact and in their original packaging. Kindly try on all items over your own undergarments. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that doesn't meet these conditions.
How to start
Email contact[at]garofali[dot]com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Approved items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving those instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a trackable method — we can't process a return we don't receive, and we aren't responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible items are refunded as store credit within 14 business days. Credit is issued for the product price paid; original shipping and any surcharges are excluded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the same steps above. If stock isn't available, we'll issue store credit. Return shipping on exchanges is the customer's responsibility, and new outbound shipping may apply to the replacement order.
Defective or incorrect items
Every item is inspected before it ships. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email contact[at]garofali[dot]com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.
EU & UK customers — right of withdrawal
If you are shopping from the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
This right applies to all items, including underwear and swimwear. Because our items are not sold with a hygiene seal, the health and hygiene exemption does not apply, and these items remain eligible for withdrawal provided they are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags intact.
To withdraw, notify us at contact[at]garofali[dot]com within 14 days of delivery; you then have 14 days to return the goods. We refund the price paid plus standard outbound delivery, to your original payment method, within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back (or your proof of return). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
GAROFALI reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or claim that does not meet the conditions above.
